How to build a better Furby:
 |
Of course, better is a rather subjective term, especially when talking about fuzzy little creatures who ask no more than a child's love. However, I've decided to try to define the term a bit more concretely: "Computer-Controlled." Yes, what could be better or more cuddly than a custom Furby, tethered to your computer (Control, sound, and power) for hours of family fun? |
1 - Choose your Furby:
| Furbies are odd little buggers, if nothing else. Some of them don't mind getting sliced open, their guts torn out, and their insides replaced with odds and ends you can find at the local hobby store... And some of them are just too slow to get away. That was definately the case with my test subject, Buck (Not a normal Furby name, I'm told... Hey, he just seems like a Buck to me!) |
|
| Buck complained quite a bit about the whole state of affairs as he was singled out to be my guinea pig... But seeing as his feet were only pseudopods, he wasn't able to make any sort of attempt at escape, and eventually relented. |
